Boobs in Los Angeles

Whoa, what a roller coaster week it’s been. That is, a tad on the bipolar side. Currently euphoric, solving a lot of problems and tying up loose ends. Mine ol’ blog, specifically the Inappropriate Halloween Costume Series (Part 4), made it into the WordPress Top Posts of the Day, hitting at least #94. I find this to be quite incredible. I know with Halloween about to run its course that I’ll be back to my old stats but I’m cool with it.

Had a meeting with Kapalm about the future of our e-commerce company which was fine until a few weeks ago when she made a costly and idiotic mistake that now leaves us with zero financial maneuverability. Particularly dicey entering the holiday shopping season. And particularly irritating as I just finished filling an order for our biggest client. We’ll see how it goes – that whole scene has been a frantic pendulum in and of itself. The most interesting part of the meeting was that Kapalm wants boob job. I was horrified at first but left agreeing (or at least not disgusted) that she needs it.

We googled Grossfeld and discovered that he’s executive producing an upcoming movie with Kells and Patty. Too bad they don’t know that he’s lazy, stupid, annoying, embarrassing and essentially worthless. And not in the least pro-woman which is the movie’s basis. Grossfeld is not threatening in his neurosis, just way tool-ish. Hooray for Hollywood. Yak.

My own movie is going well. I’m in a real groove with the script and will ride this wave of clarity for as long as it lasts. I hope until page 120. The local Butternut newspaper is an amazing resource for inspiration. Creative stuff makes me quite hyper-energetic and enthused (and at other times debilitated when it takes a turn for the worst). All in a days work.
